About the Programme:

The programme was extremely helpful for covering the topics related to, the patient education techniques and role of Pharmacist in improving quality of life.

Objective of the programme:

  • The main objective of the programme is to educating the participants on patient Education and its advantages
  • To develop clinical pharmacy practice into a patient-centered discipline recognized for its contributions to improved medication therapy outcomes. However, individual practitioners are less likely to drive practice innovation today
  • To foster disruptive innovation within the profession exist at both the individual and the organizational level
  • To overcome common barriers for individuals and organizations and should align with patient-centered outcomes and high-quality medication management.

  • Role of Clinical Pharmacist in Management of Chronic Diseases.
  • Prevention of ADRs in Poly Pharmacy patients
  • Education regarding Balanced diet in Prevention of Obesity and Diabetes.
