Anurag Pharmacy College organized an Awareness Program on Study Abroad Opportunities in association with Edmissions World Overseas on 9 October 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Seminar Hall, Pharmacy Block. The program was attended by IV Year B.Pharmacy and VI Pharm.D students.

The session aimed to create awareness among students about international higher education opportunities and guide them in planning their academic and professional careers abroad. The resource person, Mr. P. Anjaneya Prasad, Client Relationship Manager at Edmissions World Overseas, shared valuable insights into overseas education programs, university selection, admission procedures, scholarship opportunities, and career prospects at reputed international universities.

The speaker also explained the various support services offered by Edmissions World Overseas, including career counselling, application and documentation assistance, education loan guidance, test preparation, internship opportunities, visa assistance, and pre-departure and post-arrival support. Students were informed about entrance examinations such as IELTS, SAT, PTE, GMAT, and CAT, along with the importance of proper planning and preparation for international admissions.

The session highlighted popular study destinations, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Ireland, France, Switzerland, Denmark, Hong Kong, and other countries. The discussion helped students understand the opportunities available for pursuing higher education overseas and the essential steps involved in the application process.

The program concluded with an engaging and informative interaction that broadened students’ perspectives on global education. It encouraged them to explore international academic pathways, make informed decisions about their future studies, and prepare effectively for global career opportunities.
